PERSIK LTD, company number 16482956, is the controller for personal information it receives through this website and in connection with enquiries and agreed services. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Privacy contact: info@persik.co.uk.
Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, organisation, email address, website, the content of your enquiry, information about the workflow or service you want assessed, and limited technical or security information generated by our hosting and form services.
For the website enquiry form, your name, email address, a description of the task and the result you want are required so we can assess and respond to the request. Other fields are optional. If you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to assess or answer the enquiry.
We use enquiry information to respond to you and take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We use information needed to deliver and administer an agreed service because it is necessary for the contract. We keep records needed for tax, accounting and other legal duties because we have a legal obligation. We may also process limited information to protect our systems, prevent abuse, maintain records and improve reliable service operation where this is necessary for our legitimate interests and does not override your rights.
We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers needed for website hosting and form handling, email, payments, accounting, security or an agreed workflow. We share only what is reasonably needed for those purposes or where disclosure is required by law.
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant processing must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or recognised contractual or other transfer safeguard. You can contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information and, where applicable, how to obtain a copy.
Enquiry information that does not become a project is normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless there is a reason to keep it longer. Project, contractual and financial records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Financial and tax records are kept for the periods required by law, commonly six years after the relevant company financial year.
Depending on the lawful basis and circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and in some cases to data portability. Contact us at the email above to exercise a right.
Right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that processing. We will consider the objection and stop processing where the law requires us to do so.
We do not use information submitted through this website to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We do not currently intentionally set optional analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies on the public website. We therefore do not show a consent banner for non-essential cookies at present. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update the information provided and obtain consent before setting them where required. See our cookie notice.
You can contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
