The PERSIK website does not take a paid order when you submit an enquiry form. An enquiry is a request for us to assess a possible project.
For paid work, the scope, price, payment timing and any project-specific cancellation or refund terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Do not pay on the assumption that every project has the same cancellation window.
The treatment of any payment depends on the written agreement, the work already performed and applicable law. Where PERSIK cannot provide agreed paid work, any amount paid for undelivered work is dealt with under that agreement and applicable law.
Nothing on this page or in our website terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a particular engagement is subject to mandatory consumer or other statutory protections, those protections continue to apply.
Before paying, ask info@persik.co.uk if the cancellation or refund position for the proposed scope is not clear.
