Website and service terms

Last updated: 6 September 2026.

PERSIK LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16482956. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. These website terms describe the basis on which information on this site is provided. Specific paid work is governed by the written scope, price and service terms agreed for that project.

Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the website form or sending an email asks us to assess a possible project. It does not place an order, create a paid subscription or guarantee that PERSIK will accept the work. Scope, price, payment timing and any material service conditions are agreed in writing before paid work begins.

Cancellations and refunds

There is no single automatic refund rule for every PERSIK project because services are individually scoped before payment. Any project-specific cancellation or refund terms are stated in the written scope or service terms before payment. Where PERSIK cannot provide agreed paid work, any amount paid for undelivered work is dealt with under that agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. See the cancellations and refunds page.

No guaranteed commercial outcome

Research, lead, monitoring, tender, grant, reporting and workflow services support business processes. They do not guarantee sales, funding, contracts, rankings, regulatory compliance or acceptance by a third party.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for decisions, approvals, legal or regulatory obligations, the accuracy of information they supply, and authorising access to systems used for an agreed workflow.

Automation limits

Automated systems can fail because websites, APIs, credentials, permissions, formats or third-party services change. Where an automated action would create material risk, additional review or approval may be required.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, each party keeps ownership of materials it already owned. Ownership or licensing of project-specific code, templates, data and deliverables is defined in the written project scope.
